The Difference Is the Extraction

Clean carpet is about what you pull back out.

Anyone can wet a carpet and suck up some of the water. What actually gets a carpet clean is heat, the right pre-treatment worked down into the fibers, and enough rinse and extraction to lift the loosened soil — and the cleaning solution itself — back out. Cheap or rushed jobs leave sticky detergent residue behind, which is exactly why carpets done with a rental machine feel crunchy and re-soil within weeks.

A good cleaning starts with a real vacuum and a pre-spray matched to the soil, gives it time to break down, then extracts with water hot enough to release ground-in grit without over-wetting the pad. The crews we connect you with move the furniture that makes sense, treat the traffic lanes and spots first, and leave the carpet damp — not soaked — so it dries in hours, not days. Through Cache Valley's winters that also means neutralizing the road salt and ice-melt that wicks into the fibers by every door.

For Logan & Cache Valley

Local crews,
carpets that actually get clean.

From Smithfield down to Nibley and Hyrum, we connect you with insured local cleaners who know the valley — the spring mud, the winter salt, and the fast student-rental turnovers around Utah State.

How It Works

From soiled and stained to clean and dry.

Call and tell us what you've got — a few rooms, a whole house, a couch the dog claimed, or a rental that has to pass a move-out inspection. You get a straight, no-obligation estimate based on rooms, square footage, and how heavily soiled things are, so you know the number before anyone shows up with a hose.

On cleaning day the crew vacuums, pre-treats the spots and lanes, and extracts with truck-mounted hot water — then grooms the carpet and sets it up to dry. You can walk on it the same day; it's fully dry within a few hours to overnight, depending on airflow and how humid it is.

What to Expect

What happens when you call.

Step 01

Tell us the rooms

Describe what needs cleaning — a few rooms, the stairs, a sectional, a rental turnover — and we book a licensed local crew and a free estimate by room or square footage.

Step 02

We pre-treat & extract

The crew vacuums, works pre-spray into the lanes and spots, then extracts with truck-mounted hot water — the step that actually pulls the soil back out instead of pushing it around.

Step 03

Groomed & drying

They groom the fibers, do a final pass on the stubborn spots, and set it up to dry — quick, because proper extraction never leaves it over-wet, and safe to walk on right away.

Good to Know

Questions, answered.

How is carpet cleaning priced?

Most professional carpet cleaning is priced by the number of rooms or by square footage, with adjustments for stairs, heavily soiled areas, and add-ons like pet treatment or upholstery. There's no honest one-size published rate because no two homes are the same, so you get a free, no-obligation estimate up front and approve the price before any work begins.

How long does carpet take to dry after cleaning?

With hot-water extraction the carpet is left damp rather than soaked, and typically dries within a few hours to overnight — the exact time depends on airflow, humidity, carpet thickness, and the weather that day. Running fans, turning on the furnace or AC, and opening things up all speed it along. Any crew that promises a fixed dry time down to the minute is guessing.

Which areas do you serve?

All of Cache Valley — Logan, Smithfield, Hyrum, North Logan, Hyde Park, Providence, Nibley, Wellsville, Richmond, and Mendon — plus the surrounding Cache County towns and the Utah State student-rental market. If you're near Logan and not sure, just ask.

Can you get out pet stains and odor?

Often, yes — surface pet stains and light odor usually clear up well with an enzyme treatment that breaks down the source instead of just masking it. Be honest with yourself about how deep it went, though: urine that has soaked through to the pad or subfloor sometimes needs the pad treated or replaced, which a crew can assess on-site. We won't promise a miracle before anyone has seen it.

Done Without the Soak

Deep clean,
not a soaked mess.

Proper extraction means the carpet comes out clean and only damp — no days of soggy padding, no musty smell, no walking on plastic for a week. Fans and airflow do the rest.
